How Can I Change the Log Level in Drive for Mac?

You can use the following the steps:

1. Open the Terminal and navigate to this location cd /Applications/filecloudmacdrive.app/Contents/MacOS

2. Open config.xml (either use vi or use any editor)

3. Now change <loglevel>information</loglevel> line to <loglevel>debug</loglevel> and Save the file.

4. Start FileCloud Drive for Mac and let it hit disconnection.

5. Now, get the log files and send it to us.

6. At last be sure to revert back to "information" log level (else the performance will be very slow).
